French door leading to paved patio area.

Bedroom 1 the master bedroom is equipped with a full king size bed two bedside tables with lamps, two impressive dark solid wood wardrobes and matching chest of drawers. There is a wall mounted 32’ TV for guest’s comfort.
Bedroom 2 this bedroom has a single bed, reading light, stylish crafted chest of drawers and a solid wood wardrobe.
Both bedrooms benefit from views over tree tops of the adjacent communal gardens and over tree-lined residential roads nearby.
Family bathroom Tiled, contemporary bathroom with bath and a shower head attachment, WC, wash-hand basin and a mirror. The bathroom has an advantage from the sky light.
Parking: 1 allocated space in the private car park.
Changeover Day: Saturday
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
