This was an 'on the spur' week's escape for me, and Jasmine Cottage fitted my needs very well indeed. A quirky but nicely decorated and equipped little cottsge .. terrific light sitting room on the top floor with super views (I'm 70 years old, but didn't mind the steps - both within the cottage and to get to it!) Carparking in the town park was easy enough .. and, there's a short cut back along the seafront (agency note to let guests know about this!) which takes only a few minutes. Everything I needed for my short break was there. Brixham is an interesting and attractive little port and town and within easy reach of other places well worth a visit. We have had a wonderful week here. A very relaxing, chilled out time. Lovely walks, enjoying all of the views that Brixham has to offer. The cottage is great. Everything we could possibly need is here for a comfortable time. For great food we would recommend the Lytehouse Restaurant. We will defiantly be back in the future.Wendy and Paul - 14th September 2019
Very enjoyable stay in this "cosy quirky little cottage", with everything you could want and more. We had a lovely coastal walk to "Berry Head", had a drink on the patio at the Berry head hotel with spectacular views. "Rockfish restaurant" is very nice on a summers evening. Had a lovely day in Babbacombe round the Model Village, Excellent display. Recommended pubs: Thatch inn: Maidencombe Manor Inn: Galmpton. All excellent food. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.Mandy and Steve - 1st August 2019

Had another wonderful week in Jasmine Cottage. Very well equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking fish suppers. Spent lazy days on breakwater beach when not using ferry for days out in Paignton + Torquay. A perfect week of R+R- See you again next year.David and Shirley Reeson - 20th July 2019
Had a fabulous 5 day stay, weather has been amazing for UK! Cottage is great and loved staying here. Haven't used the car whilst staying here as you can get almost everywhere by foot, land train + boat! First time to Brixham, hopefully not the last. Jackie & Chris - 5th July 2019

A cosy cottage, with everything that's needed for two! We thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balconies and easy access to Brixham. Highly recommend "Beamers" with a chef who knows how to cook fish and very friendly staff. A visit to the Coleton Fishacre if you like gardens (not to mention Art Deco houses) is a must. You can access the coast path and have a wonderful day's walking. - 16th May 2019

Fantastic property, great location and everything of good standard. A bit of a hitch as regards the arrival of the parking permit, but efficiently solved by the office when I called. All in all - great.Mr Patrick Smith - 2nd July 2018
Just what the Doctor ordered! A lovely, quiet, relaxing break...and the added bonus of fantastic weather. Enjoyed the coastal walk to Paignton, made a bit demanding by going off piste onto the woodland walk for about 5 miles...by mistake! Great cottage and really enjoyed Brixham. Particularly dinner at the Shoal Cafe by Shoalstone Pool as the sun set was terrific. We'd better come back then! Patrick and Vicki - 30th June 2018
We loved our week stay at this adorable cottage. Great location with lovely views of pretty Brixham harbour and ideally situated for exploring South Devon. The cottage itself was well equipped, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, but comfortable and cozy too. Highly recommendedPamela and Family, Perth, Australia - 28th February 2018
Jasmine Cottage We have found a little Jem of a holiday cottage. My wife and I stayed there in September 2017 and absolutely loved it, very clean and welcoming it's a home from home the views of Brixham harbour from the cottage are a delight. Great location for exploring what Devon has to offer. Really good restaurants and bars close by. We can't wait to return staying for two weeks this summer .
We have been staying at Jasmine Cottage in Brixham for over ten years now, and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The cottage is clean and cosy and well equipped, and one of the best holiday cottages we have visited. It has great views over the harbour and marina, and is superbly located in a central position near the harbour, with all the shops, pubs and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Both long and short stay car parks are located close by. We very much look forward to our trips to Brixham and would not consider staying anywhere else. We have no hesitation in recommending it.
