Avalon House offers stunning countryside views from the rear of the house along with Kingsbridge Estuary views in the distance, this view can be enjoyed from the garden, conservatory and master bedroom. The one sided galley kitchen is well equipped for the whole family ready to enjoy the traditional Sunday Roast and eating together on the wooden dining table. West Charleton is a tranquil village near the busy town of Kingsbridge in the South Hams. This wonderful village and Avalon House is in a central location to the famous beaches of Slapton Sands and Blackpool Sands. It is in an easy driving distance of the biggest towns in the area such as Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth and the village itself offers rural country walks and a village pub called the Ashburton Arms. Avalon House is on the main road that goes through West Charleton, opposite the house is the bus stop. If you wanted, you can park the car up and not have to drive all week, catch the local transport and really enjoy the views as it takes you to your next destination. There are a couple of delightful walks directly from Avalon House that lead to West Charleton Nature Reserve and round the Frogmore Estuary, really immerse yourself into Devon living.

Changeover Day: Saturday Arrival - 4:00pm - Departure 10:00am
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electricity and Oil are included in rent. Underfloor heating provided in the family bathroom and each bathroom has a wall mounted towel rail. Woodburner provided in the living room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay (Please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Guests will need to bring their own stair gates and travel cot along with the travel cot linen and highchair.
