Lovely spacious house, well equippedEmily Mammone - 30th October 2017
A lovely holiday home; very clean and well thought out; it has been refurbished to a high standard. It is a steep walk back up from the shops and beach, but we soon got used to it! The kitchen and seating area downstairs are great, with loads of space for the whole family. All beds are very comfortable and bathrooms modern and spotless. The addition of smart TV's with Netflix(sitting room and kitchen)was very popular with the kids. Though there is no parking with the property, we were always able to park very close by(free on street); so not an issue at all. Torquay has plenty to offer in the way of eating out and bars, and a nice beach. Nearby Kents Cavern was a great find. Paignton(10 mins or so drive) is also nice with a great park on seafront for kids; and Brixham(a fishing port)via the boat trip from Torquay harbour £3 return pp) is well worth a visit with numerous quality fish and chip shops. We also took the train to Dawlish and Dawlish Warren; the latter having a fantastic beach, go-karts and nice rides for young children. We had a great holiday here and would highly recommend The Bonting for families!Mum & Dad - 30th August 2017
The Bonting has been beautifully refurbished with all mid-cons and is a lovely house that easily accommodated our family of 5.Lucy & family - 1st June 2016
This house is perfect for a family or bunch of friends to enjoy Torquay. The area is hilly which sets the scene for some stunning views. We enjoyed sitting in the garden with a great view in the spring sunshine - I felt like I was abroad! The house contains everything we could need and looks nice too, a fresh modern crisp décor with some homely touches. We would recommend staying there. Sue is a great host and recommendation to eat at the seafront restaurant 'On The Rocks' was a winner.Alice from London - 1st April 2016
Stayed for a long weekend in the Easter holidays. With a children's play park near by, and the centre of Torquay, its harbour, beach and the French Market a mere ten-minute stroll away the house is perfectly located.Immaculate throughout, with a real holiday feel The Bonting provides a home from home for the family. The lounge is the perfect snug to settle down and watch a film with loved ones, while the downstairs living space has everything you need to entertain while preparing dinner.Without doubt, I will be making a repeat booking here!Clive Hill, Berkshire - 1st March 2016
