One word to describe the beach house...WOW! The beach house does not disappoint, the location is perfect, the house is beautiful and contains everything you could possibly want. There is no question of if we will be returning but when. Thank you ever so much for letting us share this beautiful house. Lois Daubney, Bidford on Avon - 1st November 2016
Very professionally run property. We stayed here as delegates of the UNESCO GeoPark Conference. The house was a great location right on the seafront and only a very short walk to the Riveria Conference Centre. Good for delegates and property so well placed for the theatre and main Torquay nightlife. A great surprise!Jonathan - 1st September 2016
Fantastic apartment. Really made our stay in Devon very comfortable with easy walks to Torquay and Paignton. Perfectly placed, weather brilliant, could not have asked for anything better.John & Margaret - 1st September 2016
Had a fabulous week. South Sands really comfortable and a home from home. Recommendations: Go back to the model village in Babbacombe at night (it's free) as there are things you don't notice during the day. 2. Find the Breakwater Bistro in Brixham (beyond the life boat station). Food really good/views stunning and small quiet beach to enjoy.Cummins Family, Surrey - 1st August 2016

Place looked exactly like photos on site, very nice decor. Thought had problem with the sliding windows but a phone call sorted that out, and was able to have drinks on the balcony more than once! It's about 1.5 miles to Torquay town centre but me and my friends did the walk several times- keeps you fit! Overall, great place to stay and to use as a base, highly recommended.Graham Bayliss, west midlands - 1st July 2014
