This pet friendly flat also has private parking and is an ideal base for exploring the extensive coastline and wider Torquay area. The apartment is laid out on one - ground floor. Being in spacious lounge diner area you can open the French door wide and take delight in the pretty views over Babbacombe Downs.
From Easter 2019 3rd bedroom will be added and property will accommodate up to 6 people in 3 rooms - two Doubles and a Twin.
Lounge / Diner: Dining area has table with 6 chairs, one corner of the lounge has two seater leather sofa with coffee table to enjoy great views from the window; 3-seater leather sofa, coffee table and smart TV with Freeview.
Kitchen: is a part of open space Lounge/Diner. It features four-ring induction hob, electric oven, under counter fridge with little freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, equipped with all the necessities for home-made meals cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a slim wardrobe. En-suite wet room with shower, sink and WC. This bedroom benefits from a window with far reaching sea views.
Room 2 This room has two single beds, bedside table with reading light, chest of draws and hanging rail for your clothes. En-suite wet room with shower, sink and WC. Please note: this room does not have a window, but has a Skypod.

Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
