Great location, marvellous views and friendly helpful staff. We Will be recommending to our friends. Accommodation was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed at a good price. Oh yes, nice comfy bed too.Liz, Bristol - 1st October 2016
Stayed here for two nights last week and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The room was amazing, stunning views, lovely bathroom and the biscuits to have with a cup of tea were delicious. Ate at the inn on the first night and we received 10% discount because we were guests. Although there was an hours wait for food it didn't matter because when it arrived it was well worth the wait. If we are in the area again we will definitely look to stay here after having such a brilliant time!! Tried to say goodbye before we left but couldn't find anyone around, but thank you for everything.Hannah Sellman, Leighton Buzzard - 1st August 2016
Everything about the accommodation was great. The hosts are very kind and genuine people who made us feel at home right away. Also, the food in the pub downstairs is of high quality, I would really recomment having dinner there! The room itself looked exactly like the pictures and was really clean. I have worked as a cleaner myself and I could tell that a lot of effort had been put into keeping the place neat and clean. I have nothing negative to say about this accommodation, I am a very satisfied customer and I would definitely want to come back some time.Lynn - 1st April 2016
Me and my friend loved the room. We've stayed there for 2 nights and it was lovely ! The room is just like the pictures. Very nice, spacious and clean. Landlords are very nice and friendly! We were happy that weather was great so we enjoyed stunning views! I'd highly recommend anyone to stay there! Thank you Sue!Alissa, UK - 1st April 2016
From the moment we arrived at the Buccaneer we felt very welcome, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and very well equipped. We loved our stay but would have welcomed breakfast rather than having to go elsewhere to locate it. Having said that, there are lots of places nearby. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the ever changing sea views from this room, were in itself, well worth the stay. Babbacombe is a great location.Tracey, Swindon - 1st October 2015
My husband, son and I, have just returned from the most delightful 4 days at The Buccaneer Inn, Babbacombe. Our rooms were lovely, very spacious and spotlessly clean, with the most fantastic sea views. Our hosts Marion and Steve and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had several meals in the dining room, and all were delicious. This was our second visit and it won't be long before we return. Wonderful!Mandy Hathaway from Cwmbran - 1st August 2015
This is the second time we've stayed at the The Buccaneer. They only have two rooms but they both have amazing views of Babbacombe bay. We stayed in The Schooner which is a very large, bright, airy room. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. A small area with a fridge/ microwave so you can self cater if you want. The rooms are obviously over the bar but the noise didn't disturb us, after all you're on holiday. The Buccaneer is a great local pub, popular with Babbacombe residents as well as holiday makers- lovely outside space overlooking the downs. Steve and Marian are great hosts and the bar staff are excellent too. Don't expect fine dining but do expect wholesome pub food, which are great value for money.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both the rooms over the pub and the pub itself, We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Babbacombe.Gail, Twickenham - 1st July 2015

Steve made me feel very welcome and carried my suitcase up and down the stairs. He showed and explained everything. The room was beautiful and spacious and had everything I could possibly want including a microwave. Quiet with a separate entrance. Stunning view of Lyme Bay. If there was anything I needed I only had to ask.Carolyn Martin, UK - 1st April 2014
