This holiday home is perfectly located to explore Torquay being just a 15 minute walk away from Torquay harbour and town centre and less than half mile away from the charming village of Wellswood with its collection of shops, cafés & the very popular Kent’s Pub. Guests can enjoy a private enclosed gravelled courtyard garden with furniture for alfresco dining, a bright conservatory with dining table and chairs overlooking the green surrounding area. There are two bedrooms upstairs accommodating up to 4 guests. Parking for up two cars and you are also welcome to bring your pet with you.
Entrance: The Mews is accessed from the gate and communal garden in front.
Kitchen: four-ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer (60/40), dishwasher, equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
Lounge: The bright and comfortable lounge is furnished with a relaxing two seater sofa and two armchairs along with two side tables, smart TV with Freeview (Apple TV – you will require your own log in details), Bluetooth speaker and FM radio, DVD player. For those rainy days, a selection of DVD’s, books and table games are sure to keep the family entertained. There is a door leading to the conservatory.
Conservatory / Diner: The dining area has table with 4 chairs overlooking the secluded private courtyard as well as the trees and bushes form neighbouring properties which form a natural vista over the surrounding are. The door opens on to the courtyard.
Garden: The garden courtyard is fully enclosed with four chairs and table.
Utility room: WC, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: The Master Bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and a dressing table. This bedroom has windows overlooking the courtyard garden and benefits from overlooking green surroundings.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together and used as double bed, bedside table with reading light. Hanging rail and shelves.
Family bathroom Tiled, contemporary bathroom with bath and an overhead shower, WC and a wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.
Parking: Private driveway for up to 2 cars.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas central heating, included in rent.
Linen an Towels: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
