This fabulous family home is perfectly positioned to explore the delights of the English Riviera, less than a mile from Babbacombe Downs and a short drive away to Torquay Town centre with its characterful harbour side. Guests can sit back on a warm summers’ day and relax in the private courtyard garden, perfect for alfresco dining, watching kids and dogs kick a ball around on the well-kept lawn. This ‘home from home’ is comfortably laid out over two floors, with a lounge and a kitchen downstairs, and three bedrooms are upstairs accommodating up to 6 guests. Parking for up three cars on the private driveway.
Entrance: The house is accessed from the driveway and front gravelled garden. Small corridor with steps leading to the 1st floor and door into lounge.
Lounge: The cosy lounge has two seater and three seater sofas and an armchair along with a coffee tables, smart TV with Freeview, DVD. There is a fold away dining table with chairs for use in the lounge, please note, it will make room quite tight. There is a character fireplace (not in use).
Kitchen: four-ring gas hob, gas oven, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, slim line dishwasher, equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Washing machine. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. The door leading on to the courtyard.
Ground floor WC: WC, Sink.
Conservatory / Diner: The dining area has table with 4 chairs overlooking the secluded private courtyard as well as the trees and bushes form neighbouring properties which form a natural vista over the surrounding are.
Garden: The garden courtyard is fully enclosed with four chairs and table on the two paved areas one next to the kitchen and one in the furthers corner overlooking the garden. Stairs leading to the grass area.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom has two single beds (zip&link that can be used as King size bed by prior request) and bedside table with reading light. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and a make-up mirror. This bedroom has window facing the courtyard.
Bedroom 2: The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, two wardrobes and a dressing table / desk with a TV.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with reading lights. Hanging rail and hangers.
Family bathroom: contemporary bathroom with bath and an overhead shower attachment, WC and a wash-hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail.
Parking: Private driveway for up to 2-3 cars, depending on the car size.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
