Due to the convenient proximity from Torquay town centre and the local bus and train links, a car is not necessary. For guests bringing a car, you will find unrestricted public parking along the high wall side of Warren Road.

everything on foot when you are. Exeter Airport is reachable in just 38 minutes by car or taxi.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the apartment in October with our young family, the views were amazing, the balconya wonderful way to enjoy the view and the sun (a sun trap), relaxing, close to everything although a lot of steps all the young family coped okay with these. Never ran out of thingsto do locally, in fact didn't fit everything in. National trust places close, big wheel a must. Rockfish food a joy! Enjoyedour stay maybe our only bad comments would be to finish offbathrooms a little more professionally and add a dishwasher and a measuring jug/gravy boat to the kitchen. This is a beautiful property with an amazing view of Torquays harbour and seafront. As a family of four we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the property, which had all the amenities that you could require, ensuring we had a very comfortable stay.We would certainly stay here again, and hope to return in the future.Mark, Coventry - 1st August 2016
