Direct access to the communal gardens and to the Rock Walk allows guests a quick route down to the promenade; a central location from which you can easily walk to the many great restaurants along the seafront. Take a stroll along the iconic Victorian pier and see a show at The Royal Theatre or take a ride on The Big Wheel!

Outside Space: Communal landscaped garden overlooking Torbay with stunning views. Large lawn area with garden furniture and secure gate leading to Prince Garden. Convenient steps lead down to the promenade where you can acess the beaches, Torquay Marina, The Princess Theatre and many fantastic bars, restaurants and shops.

Laundry Room: There is an on-site laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer that is free for guests of Bay Fort Mansions to use.

Parking: No private parking but unrestricted on-street parking available along Warren Road and up Cary Road.

Changeover Day: Flexible changeover days - Arrival: 3:00pm - Departure: 10:00am 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
