Sea Acres couldn't be better placed in-between Paignton & Brixham in Broadsands gentile neighbourhood, just a short walk away from not just Broadsands Beach, but also Saltern Cove & Elberry Cove. The Marine Conservation Good Beach Guide lists Broadsands Beach amongst its top recommended beaches. There's also a large area of parkland directly behind the beach, great for kicking a football or playing Frisbee. A stunning 9 hole pitch & putt course is also a 'pebbles' through away and enjoys sea views from every hole!

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area gives all the flexibility a family or friend group needs. With beach inspired decor, comfortable sofas and full Satellite TV; if the weathers inclement then snuggling up to watch a Sky movie together with exciting weather changes framed through large picture windows!
Leading off the internal hallway, there is a spacious en-suite master bedroom with a generously sized king-size bed. Twin 3" 'zip & link' beds (forming a king-size bed when joined) feature in the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedroom is is a double. The smallest 4th bedroom is also furnished with bunk beds.
Equipped with a washing machine, separate tumble drawer and large set of drawers.
A sloping driveway long enough for 2 - 3 cars to park, leads up to the front door, reached up 2 steps. There is a narrow strip of lawn with a small netted trampoline for youngsters to enjoy. The back garden is well tended, laid to lawn leading up to a full width decked terrace; perfect for admiring the far reaching panoramic sea views and also sunbathing or enjoying alfresco dining.
There is private driveway parking for 2 - 3 cars as well as roadside parking in front of Sea Arces.
Sea Arces is an ideal place to relax & admire not only the panoramic views but also the Paignton to Kingswear Steam Train can but seen from the lounge & dining room windows. It's a great location too for venturing further afield and exploring Brixham, Torquay, Totnes, Dartmouth & the South Hams.

Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
