The Pink Beach Bungalow is a bright, light bungalow with lots of large windows providing breath-taking sea and coastal views. This Devon holiday home has a spacious private garden at the rear and parking in front for a maximum of 3 cars.
What impresses you most when you walk into the front living room, is the size of the picture window and the amazingly wide panoramic views across Broadsands beach, the 9 hole 'Pitch & Putt' golf course and the whole of Torbay stretching out beyond in the distance.
The spacious kitchen/diner fitted with pale 'shaker style' units has all the modern conveniences with dishwasher, fridge/freezer & washing machine. The back door next to the fridge, leads out onto a sunny patio and the slightly sloping garden rising up above. The rear garden invites guests to enjoy alfresco dining. The outside dining area gains all the afternoon sun and even in the colder months it's sheltered spot, means you can still enjoy a glass of wine or afternoon tea in the fresh air. There is a nice spot on the top of the garden boasting magnificent views of Torbay including Broadsands Beach and the steam train.
The lounge is furnished with a new 3 piece suite, coffee table, electric fireplace and a Smart HD TV (sports channels included) and enjoys fabulous panoramic sea views.
Complimentary Wi-Fi has also been included for guests’ convenience.
Leading through the hallway, beyond the front door, is a shower room & toilet next to the sea view king master bedroom, which is furnished with plenty of wardrobe space, drawers and dressing table. Waking up here is a fairly unique as one can take in the panoramic views, without even leaving the bed.
Next to the master bedroom is a double bedroom with wardrobe & drawers and a 3rd twin bedroom next door, both with views over the rear garden. There is also a 4th bedroom, which is self contained with a small double bed, hand basin & WC and has separate access via the rear garden (available at additional price). A perfect space for an additional person - a teenager or someone who would like personal space. Please note that this bedroom would not be suitable for younger children as it is not accessible as part of the main bungalow.
Next to the twin bedroom is the very attractive newly fitted, family bathroom with roomy L-shaped bath & shower over with glass shower screen plus a contemporary sink, toilet and large mirror with lights surrounding.
Broadsands beach is a short walk away. The holiday bungalow is an ideal place to relax admiring the views, watching the steam trains go by or to venture further afield to Brixham, Dartmouth or the South Hams. An ideal location for those who admire long coastal walks, as the house is situated just a few hundred yards away from the South West Coastal Path.
The Marine Conservation Good Beach Guide lists Broadsands Beach amongst its top recommended beaches Elberry cove is an idyllic, pretty pebble beach with beautiful clear water. It can be reached by a footpath from the house that goes through a field or two.

We came down for the National Baton Twirling Competition, and were so happy with the bungalow. The pics don't do it justice; more beautiful than in the pics! Wine was also a lovely surprise adter a long drive. Views are beautiful; its so lovely! Just what is needed after a long day at the leisure centre. So peaceful too! Will definitely be booking again for next year! The Webb Family - Ramsgate - 1st October 2016

Really enjoyed our short stay in your holiday home, lovely views, beaches and weather has warmed up. Nice quiet road, scenic ideal setting. Beautiful garden at the back. Firework night in Torquay on Saturday was good. Our 7 year old found the games and book really useful. We enjoyed crabbing in Stoke Gabriel and fishing. We did the round robin great value and lots to do day out. Well equipped we felt at home, relaxed, comfortable and at ease. Modern kitchen /bathroom nice for a young family. Good to have Wi-Fi in the property, Garden furniture as well, we sat in the garden and chilled out. All seaside essentials in the garden for the kids to take to the beach. The Matwala Family, Essex - 1st August 2016
Hope to be back some day. Really enjoyed our stay in the Oink Beach bungalow-everything was so clean, easy to use etc. We were lucky with the weather so it was great to be so close to Broadsands Beach - our kids really enjoyed the beach and meant quiet nights for us relaxing and enjoying the great view of the bay! Lovely location, lovely bungalow. It was like coming home, as we used to live in Paignton. Beds lovely, and comfortable and everything here that we needed. The only downside for us -having 2 elderly parents, they found the steps difficult.Elain, Jac, Bette & Derek - 1st June 2016

Wonderful location, fabulous walks nearby, absolutely amazing views from bay windows, house perfectly well equipped, we had everything to make our stay unforgettable! Thank you!Renata C, UK - 1st September 2015
We have just returned from a fabulous week's holiday in Torbay, where we had a wonderful stay at the Pink Bungalow. The property is located on a quiet street, is extremely comfortable and furnished to a very high standard throughout. The kitchen is very modern and the dining area benefits from a sunny disposition. The bungalow has gas central heating so it's warm and comfortable in every room. The location is best suited for those who have their own transport but even if you don't, both the beach and the local shops are only a short walk away. The bungalow has a lovely garden both at the front and back, with some sloping steps leading up to the property. Whilst these would not be suitable for wheelchair users, my 86-year-old mum with limited mobility had no problem getting up or down. I would recommend the Pink Bungalow to anyone planning a holiday in the Torbay area as it really does have everything you need, and is in a perfect location to explore the English Riviera. The Smith Family - 1st September 2015
Wonderful time staying at the fabulous Pink Beach Bungalow! Great facilities, clean & comfortable. Loved being able to see our 'holiday home' from our trip to Dartmouth on the steam train. Best place we've stayed in and would definitely recommend it. Hope to come back to stay here in the future. Top tip if you have kids - go crabbing in Stoke Gabriel :)The McShane Family, Guildford - 1st July 2015
We have had a really enjoyable stay here at The Pink Beach Bungalow - a real home from home. Such a peaceful quiet road and 'wow', what a view our 5 year old has! Loved rock pooling at the local beach and watching the steam train go by in the distance from the lounge window. We will definitely recommend. Many thanks.Mark, Kimberley & Louie from Bournemouth - 1st July 2015
