The house is perfectly laid out for a family of 4 or 5. Very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Communication is great. Would recommend.Seaton Family - 17th April 2018
Home from Home Pebble Beach House was lovely, the house was warm, spacious, clean and modern. We came to Paignton to visit family members, who all commented how lovely the house was. I could not fault this property and would recommend to family and friends as a place to stay, 10 out of 10.Stephen - 1st January 2017
We have had a lovely week with good weather. House is well equipped and visited many places from Dawlish to Dartmouth.McGregors Family, West Sussex - 1st August 2016
Had a cracking time here. Perfect weather, beach only minutes away and would recommend the Spinning Wheel at Paignton and the Buccaneer at Babbacombe for top notch food. The Riches Family, Halifax - 1st August 2016
Well equipped house and great location. Thee Beach at Broadsands just our cup of tea, shame the weather was not as good to have enjoyed it more!! Would recommend Babbacombe Inn and theatre.Mr & Mrs Wallace & Mr & Mrs Todman, Sussex - 1st June 2016

Fantastic stay in a fantastic and wonderful house. Paignton and Torquay is an amazing area. We could imagine to visit this house again.Andreas, Heike, Marion with Julian & Adrian, Germany - 1st April 2016
This felt like a real home from home for us, particularly as we live in a Linden built home and the company are still building on this estate. Some of the fixtures and fittings were very familiar! The kitchen is lovely and spacious and better equipped than our own kitchen. The furnishings are of a high standard and the nautical theme really makes it fell like a holiday home not an empty house. It was spotlessly clean too.We found the house very warm, even in late October. The bedroom thermostat rarely fell below 22C, which made the thick winter duvet much more than we needed, even with the window open. The only thing we missed was a tumble dryer, as we would have liked to refresh the towels during our stay but could not get them dry in time for the next morning if we did so. We also left our hand soap behind, as although it was nice to find new toilet rolls in each of the bathrooms, the lack of soap upon arrival was disconcerting. We found the owners very flexible with dates (we stayed Monday to Sunday) and the key box outside gave us the option to arrive at a time that suited us. There was only one key but we stayed together all week anyway. Other groups might find that an issue.G. Hopkins, London - 1st October 2015
Loved the house and the views of the sea. Weather a bit patchy, but didn't stop us getting out - zoo, train, even swimming at the Riviera Centre! Thank you for a perfect stay.Clare, Pete and Marcus, Basingstoke - 1st September 2015
Lovely house with all amenities, comfortable and clean. Had some nice days out. The parking a bit difficult with two cars, also early morning construction traffic does not allow for a lie in We would recommend to others. Wifi very useful.Sue, Malcolm, Tracey, Richard, Ethan and Mia from Birmingham - 1st August 2015
We had a fantastic stay in Devon. The accommodation was faultless and it felt like we were staying in a lovely hotel. It was exceptionally well equipped with beautiful furnishings and quality finishes. It was very good size with everything required for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and quiet enough to get a good rest whilst away. The communication with the team was fantastic and they were really friendly and exceptionally well organised. It was brilliant that there was a keysafe at the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to friends and family of all ages due to its versatility. We would definitely return in the future.Charlene Hambly from Warminster - 1st August 2015
An excellent house which caatered for all our needs and is perfectly located for trips to Goodrington, Paignton and Torquay. Further afield, The House of Marbles is worth a visit on a wet day and the steam train to Kingswear was a great experience. Having access to wifi was very welcome - helping us to check the weather forecast and make plans for the next day.Mark, Sarah, Matt and Tom from Chelmsford, Essex - 1st August 2015
Pebble Beach House was fabulous, a real home from home with all the mod cons & very high spec. We absolutely couldn't fault the accommodation. The only downside was that the builders were still building up the road & there was quite a bit of noise & heavy machinery going up & down. It was also mentioned in the information that there was a cliff top walk down to a private beach but we couldn't find it despite asking the locals! All in all tough, a good service and we'd definitely use Discovery again.Eleanor Grey from Nottingham - 1st August 2015
On our arrival we found the house to be immaculately clean. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outside seating area. In general terms the house is situated conveniently for the beach and shops, with local outlets nearby and major supermarkets within a 10 minute ride. Highly recommended.John Alcock from Newport - 1st July 2015
Fantastic stay in a beautiful house. Everything we needed was here. We hired bikes and cycled to Torquay and Brixham. Even though the weather wasn't great, it was a brilliant experience. We would definitely recommend the house to friends.Mr & Mrs Pringle from Scotland - 1st July 2015
We enjoyed our holiday in this wonderful, perfectly equipped house. Thanks for a nice and gorgeous stay.Mark & Michaela from Cologne - 1st June 2015
