Lovely family home. Only a short walk to the beach.Helen - 17th September 2017
We arrived home from our stay at Broadsands today. Plenty of room for 3 generations of our family of 7 (5 adults & 2 children aged 8 and 13 yr's). Gorgeous modern well equipped house, my children were very impressed with the games cupboard and trampoline. They didn't touch their own games/ toys. Having childrens cutlery, a dishwasher, a washing machine and fantastic power showers were a big plus too. The lovely Broadsands beach, Elberry cove within 10 mins max. We spent time at Brixham, Paignton and Torquay, aswell as a day out at Paignton zoo, the steam train/ ferry boat trip to Dartmouth and a few trips to Paignton pier. If you stay locally in 2016 there is also the big rhino Should the weather be wet there's a Vue cinema in Paignton and a leisure centre near Goodrington Sands station/ beach. Local supermarkets not too far away (Morrisons) as was a fairly decent fish and chips shop. We did eat out at the Churston Court hotel, lovely food, but not a great choice for children except, sausage, beans and chips or fish, chips and peas. Last night also tried the Inn on the Quay (Brewyers Fayre) which we all had mixed opinions on. We would love to stay at the house again as we feel there is so much left to explore and do and the house was perfect. The children would of loved to of visited the water park, living coast and one of the local go karting courses. Enjoy your stay.Tanya Bracey, Bristol - 1st August 2016
We had 3 generations on a family holiday and everyone enjoyed themselves! The house is very modern and spacious. The garden is secluded and pretty. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there is so much to do in the local area. We enjoyed Cockington Court, Dartmoor, Torquay, Goodrington Beach and Dartmouth. The local chippy is great! We hope to come back :)Siobhan McIlmail, Herts - 1st August 2016

We've all had a great holiday! The highlights were the lovely beach nearby and everything is just a small ride away. We enjoyed the zoo, steam train, and the red arrows show! Beautiful views from the house and lots of space. Thank you.Linda Cattermole and family - Bromley - 1st August 2015
