Guests can enjoy sunny summer days on the loungers in the front garden, or enjoy a family alfresco meal on the private, fully enclosed rear decking area. Laid out over three floors, guests can enjoy two comfortable living rooms and a kitchen-diner and WC downstairs, with a master bedroom, a dressing room, a family bathroom and sitting room on the first floor and three further bedrooms and shared bathroom on the second floor.
One car can be parked on a private driveway at the rear of the property and other car can be parked in front of it on an alley.
Entrance: The house welcomes you through the front garden, or the private driveway at the rear of property and through the decked area.
Lounge 1: Light from the large bay window fills the warm and inviting lounge, which features two seater and three seater sofas along with a charming Chesterfield armchair, 43’ TV with Freeview, and cosy Gas Fireplace, perfect for a cold winter’s eve.
Lounge 2: A second reception room offers a comfortable two-seater sofa and a character oak Arbour seat, perfect for relaxing with one of the wide selection of books in front of the flame effect electric log burner.
Kitchen-Diner: Perfect for preparing a family meal, the kitchen features an electric double oven and induction hob, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of crockery, pots and pans. And when it’s time to eat, there’s a choice of a breakfast bar with two stools for light meals, or for grander family feasts then the dining area features a large table with seats for up to 10 guests.
For the early risers, a Tassimo pod coffee machine is provided, with a couple of welcome pods to start the day right, catching up with the news on the TV, or with the door open leading onto the courtyard as the sun rises.
Rare decked garden: Decked area with table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Gate to private driveway.
Sitting room: A separate sitting room features which is ideal for family time, or for kids to enjoy the selection of table top games or PS4 games console (please bring your own games). There’s also a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for an afternoon nap after a long day of exploring the surrounding area.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a large bay window, comfy king size bed and bedside tables with reading lights.
Dressing room: Wardrobe with full sized mirror door. Ironing facilities can also be found in this room.
Family bathroom: A contemporary bathroom with bath and overhead shower attachment, WC and basin, as well as a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: This Bedroom offers two children’s 3’ single beds, with bedside tables and reading lamps, full size mirror, hooks, hanging rail and a shelf for clothing.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with bedside tables with reading lights. Again there is a hanging rail as well as a shelf for clothing. An en-suite shower room with walk-in shower features also.
Bedroom 4: This Bedroom is more suitable for children as offers a set of 3’ bunk beds with reading lamp, a full size mirror, hooks, hanging rail and a shelf for clothing.
Family bathroom: A further contemporary bathroom with bath and an overhead shower attachment, WC and a wash-hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail.
Parking: Private driveway 1 car and 1 car in front of it in the rear alleyway.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas central heating, included in rent.
Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
