This was a lovely property with so many nice surprises - particularly well equipped and very tastefully decorated. It was refreshing to find a property described so accurately by Blueriver Cottages. Thank you to all the team and to the owner who clearly has excellent taste.Mrs Sandra Mackrell - 9th July 2018
It was a lovely property in a great location. 87year old father enjoyed all the estuary activities whilst watching from the property balcony. Kingsbridge is a lovely market town - not too busy with tourists and has some lovely individual coffee shops and retail shops. Will definitely be going back - definitely recommend this property. Great company to deal with and everything went smoothly - Thank you.Mrs D Tindle - 11th June 2018
We holiday as a family every year in South Devon, but with my elderly father it us becoming increasingly difficult to find a suitable property for three generations of the family. This property certainly fits the bill. It was easily accessible and the ensuite bathroom is suitable for a disabled person, but could do with grab rails on the walls of the shower. The standard of furnishings is outstanding. We all loved the wonderful views and spent many hours watching the activities on the estuary. We strolled into town most days and had drinks in the Crab Shell Inn which is very close to the property. The evening cruise from the Quayside was very enjoyable. We will definitely return to thus proertyMrs Mel Wiltshire - 4th June 2018
Great view from the apartment looking out to sea. Very good position and great to have parking. Looking out to sea every day was a pleasure!Mr Olds - Bedfordshire - 8th July 2017
I recommend staying at this property. Particularly appropriate if you require a flat entrance and convenient location. The new model train on the riverbank brings back memories of bygone times. Many interesting places to visit nearby and close to Salcombe for sailing. The ferry to Salcombe is by far the best way to travel!Mr Eddolls - Berkshire - 1st July 2017
This is the second time that we have taken flat 22 at the Moorings, Kingsbridge. The building, fittings, décor/furnishings, equipment and surroundings are of the highest quality. Basically, it is in a gated community literally on the banks of the estuary. The views of the estuary (technically a ria and not an estuary) that greet you are unparalleled. The pleasure that my family had from the change of the tides and trying to identify the various birdlife defy description. Plenty of parking, considerate neighbours, this year there is even Wi-Fi. All this within easy walking distance of the town centre and Kingsbridge is delightfully positioned to avail your family of the delights of South Devon. Huge thanks to the owner...G Jenkins - 8th June 2017
