The living room features glass full length doors which open onto a very small, narrow balcony with fantastic sea views over Dawlish Beach. The room is spacious, airy and decorated with prints of local artwork. There are sofas seating 4 guests comfortably. Entertainment is provided by a TV with DVD player.

Outside, there are Intercom facilities to let guests in through the main entrance and lift access to the 3rd floor.
Great Cliff apartments are a one minute level walk from the town centre along the sea front, separated only from the beach and sea by Brunel's historic Great Western Railway, which runs along the coastline. Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
