Wonderful views, lovely garden and great location.Mr Paul Evans - 26th August 2018
What a wonderful view, lots to watch out of the window. Just a short walk down to the town which had everything we needed. Our first holiday for 2 years so enjoyed every moment.Mrs Mary Phillips - 7th November 2017
The house was very clean, comfortable, warm and very generously equipped, especially the kitchen. Easy to access keys and good to have a private parking space and being so close to the town centre. The view of the Dart from the upstairs rooms is lovely but the view from the garden and the sun are obscured by a very large palm tree from a garden below. This may not be a problem for some and the property is still a very good option.McAuley Family - 9th September 2017
It was a lovely house with a marvellous view over the Dart and towards the sea, and has a parking space! The house had everything you could want especially radios, and kitchen equipment. The instructions were very clear and we drove straight there; also it was easy to access the key even in the dark.Forsyth Family - 27th November 2016
Lovely house and perfect for a family break. Loved Dartmouth.Thea , Worcester - 1st November 2016
We had a wonderful holiday, the house was great and the views were lovely. The house was perfect for a family of 5 (aged 4-8). The house is in an ideal spot for walking into town, 59 the castle, down to the quay. The only downside was not being unable to park outside, but having found a parking space we hardly used our car. Would definitely book againThea, Worcester - 1st October 2016
Excellent town house in Dartmouth very close to the town. Wonderful view of the river. House has everything you need to make your stay feel like home from home.Jayne , West Midlands - 1st July 2016
Sue was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and responded very promptly and positively to any queries raised. The property is very consistent with the photos and its descriptions on the website. The location is very convenient for access down into Dartmouth. Rooms, and bedrooms are all a good size and the living spaces generous and bright, with the living room having excellent views.Declan, UK - 1st March 2016
The house was excellent with views of the river and out to sea. Location very central, 2 mins walk to a lovely pub and only a little further to the waterside.Kate from Bristol - 1st November 2015
We stayed between 4 & 11/7/15 and we were very fortunate with the good weather which does help one's opportunities for a good time. We enjoyed the parking facility which well suited our MG Midget and the Ercol chairs were a delight. The best bit was however the garden which is very nicely tended and is an absolute sun trap until late afternoon. The house has all that one would want in the way of fittings and indoor leisure capacity it was spotlessly clean and the field glasses were a very nice addition to the wonderful river views at the lounge window.Colin from Bristol - 1st July 2015
