Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Lovely property in a great central location. Nice standard of decor. Great for 4 adults. Good sized kitchen and living area make good social spaces. Kitchen not very well equipped for those wanting to cook meals e.g. no roasting dish. We left a cafetiere for future guests. May not be good for those with mobility issues as bedrooms are on 3rd and 4th stories but good for those who dont mind stairs! Dog friendly.Ms Angela Sharp - 12th January 2020
