The living room features a Woodburner, great for those cold wintery nights where you could happily curl up on the sofa with a glass of wine and good book. Within the Kitchen is a fabulous SMEG Gas Range Oven, perfect for cooking the family a Sunday roast and then enjoying around the solid wood table in the Dining Room, comfortably seating 8. The dining room also features an extra seating area, great for children to play in or for grandparents to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet whilst looking out across the garden.
Mulberry Cottage is also dog friendly and next to the kitchen is a very handy utility space, perfect for removing wellies after a stroll on Dartmoor or along the nearby River Dart, and for drying off muddy paws.
Four Bedrooms and two Bathrooms can be found on the first floor, two of which are kingsize rooms plus a double bedroom and twin. The Master Bedroom has access to the Jack and Jill Bathroom, which is also accessed from the main landing. There is also a seperate, good sized shower room.

Dartington is famously known for Dartington Hall, a beautiful Country estate, where they host many events within the Arts and Theatrical field - a great place to spend the day with the family. In just under 2 miles is the market town of Totnes, a hive of artisan and fairtrade shops and eateries plus weekly markets selling local produce from surrounding farms. For those wishing to explore South Devon's stunning coastline, Blackpool Sands is only 12 miles away and for those keen Surfers, Bantham is 17 miles away.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity are included in rent.
Bed Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Pets Welcome: Maximum of 2 pets; £25 per pet per week
