We had a lovely holiday here, property is spacious clean and well equiped. We particularly liked the views of Brixham from the decking and the close proximity to the town. We hope to be back soon!Helen Awan - 13th August 2018
Lovely ,clean ,central, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. My calves are the best they’ve ever been with the hill walks but still worth every penny. Thank you so much from all of us - 25th May 2018

Great to sit and watch the harbour lights. Having 2 sitting rooms was a bonus. The Peggs Family - 14th December 2017
A wonderful place to stay, really lovely to be next to the beach. Will definitely come back and stay.Teasdale Family - 15th July 2017
What a wonderful holiday home in a perfect spot. Brilliantly laid out for families to enjoy each others company, but also have a bit of space if needed. Spotless, with all items that were needed for a perfect week away with my grown up children and their partners. Totally relaxing (apart from the steps) but it wouldn't be Brixham without them. Wonder times, thank you very much xxMichaela Reynolds, Weston-super-Mare - 1st July 2016
Polly's Place was the perfect location for a long weekend in Brixham. Very close to the centre of town with some great fish & chips and local pubs. Beautiful view over the harbour also. The house was great and had everything we could have wanted! Parking is available just up the road close to the park which worked out great for us.Peter - 1st June 2016
This is a lovely, cosy home in a great location in the old part of Brixham. Stylishly laid out and furnished, very well equipped and an unbeatable harbour view. We had a lovely four night stay and couldn't fault either the customer service from Discovery Holiday Homes or Polly's Place. Definitely hope to return!Nickie, Wye Valley, Wales - 1st May 2016
Thank you for a lovely stay and we really would like to come back next year at the same time! in the end we only had 5 staying, instead of the 7 we booked for, as two had to cancel. Thanks!Mim MacMahon, Felixstowe, Suffolk - 1st May 2016
My family and I stayed at Polly's Place for a week and couldn't fault it in any way. The accommodation, furnishings and the view were perfect. One of our party has breathing problems and we had arranged for her oxygen machine to be delivered to the house. Debs, the house keeper, went out of her way to ensure she was there to take delivery. We'll be back there soon!David - Glasgow - 1st April 2016
Enjoyed our short stay at Polly's Place. From the welcoming bottle of wine to the lovely views over the harbour. Everything was in place to ensure a comfortable stay. Would recommend and will investigate other possible Discovery Holiday Homes for future breaks.David Skelton from Evesham - 1st September 2015
Outstanding property, ideally situated to enjoy all that Brixham can offer, including beautiful views of the harbour, within walking distance of pebble beach and natural seawater outdoor pool, ferries to Torquay, great restaurants and other local amenities. Acommodation is comfortable and homely, with great facilities and within short walking distance of harbour. Easy bus access to Paignton station.
