This prestigious new development is home to a small collection of coastal homes and an on-site restaurant offering freshly cooked food and delicious wines with the option to take-away. 5 Ocean Reach is a semi-detached property offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the perfect base for couples or families wanting to explore this part of South Devon. The Property has been decorated and furnished with light colours, complementing its coastal surroundings. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room, features a modern and contemporary kitchen with beautiful white granite worktops, dining space for four and comfortable corner sofa. Both bedrooms provide excellent sea views, with the double bedroom benefiting from its own balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the sea air. 

A holiday to Bolberry Down won't be complete without heading on foot onto the South West Coast Path to Soar Mill Cove, it's only a mile away and provides some of the most stunning scenery and at low tide you will find a small sandy beach. In the other direction, only 2 miles away is the picturesque fishing village of Hope Cove. The village is made up of two sandy beaches, harbour, a very popular Pub with both the locals and holidaymakers, seafood Restaurant and Art Gallery. Whilst the popular coastal town of Salcombe is only fours miles away. With its estuary location, it is a haven for water sports. Both North and South Sands provide excellent sandy beaches and turquoise waters. In the town are an array of high street fashion shops, eateries and art galleries, not forgetting the famous Salcombe Gin distillery.

Family Bathroom  Freestanding Bath, Separate Thermostatic Shower Cubicle, W.C., Sink, Mirror, Heated Towel Rail. 

Landing  Two separate cupboards with hanging space for each of the bedrooms.

Outside Space Front gravelled garden with patio table and four chairs. To the rear of the property is a gravelled patio with Rattan Garden Chairs, Coffee Table and Two seater Sofa. Small grassed area. 

Parking:There is a shared car park in front of 5 Ocean Reach. Parking isn't allocated, you may park in any of the spaces. Parking for two car's. You may also park in front of 5 Ocean Reach garage.

Changeover Day: Arrival 3:00pm (15:00) - Departure 10:00am 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome: Maximum of 2 pets; £25 per pet per week

Power and Heat: Heating & Electricity included in rent. Underfloor heats the ground floor and Central Heating, heats the first floor. Heated Towel Rails in both Family Bathroom and downstairs Shower Room.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).

Baby Equipment: Travel Cot and Highchair Provided (please bring your own cot linen)

Shop: 2.0ml    Pub: 2.0ml
