Dawlish Warren is within a few minutes drive of Dawlish. Board the steam train and go on an adventure, dive into the rock pools or simply lounge on a hire boat for the day. Apartment 2 is a well equipped apartment with three bedrooms, a family bathroom, open plan living, kitchen and dining area and a terrace directly at the front of the property for you to enjoy the all day sunshine.

Parking: 1 Space available, please be aware the parking spaces are first come first serve. There is a pay and display car park available less than 50 yards from the apartment.
Changeover day: Saturday - Arrival 3:00pm - Departure 10:00am
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Gas and Electric are included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
