The Hayloft Barn, circa 1600, oozes rural charm is situated in a corner of our garden and Cherry Orchards that extend to some 8 acres. (Frith Farm House is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).

Hayloft has been converted to a very high standard offering two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a double with en suite shower room. The other, downstairs, has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. All bedding and towels are included.

The open plan kitchen and dining area includes electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc. All the essentials are present - no need to bring your own Champagne flutes, Cafetiere or Pepper Mill!

The very spacious first floor lounge has the additional benefits of a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Free Sat, DVD, a Bose radio and CD player and wi-fi connection. There is also a sprung double bed settee which enables a maximum of 6 guests to stay (there is an additional surcharge of £60 per person for the 5th and 6th guests). A child stair gate can be supplied, as can a travel cot and highchair. Baby sitting is also available at reasonable rates.

The Hayloft has its own Gas BBQ and outside dining area where you can just sit in the sun or shade, eat al fresco and relax.

Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge in all of the cottages, please note the signal strength may vary.

Hayloft comes with one parking space. (Extra cars can be accommodated at an additional cost of £5 per car per day).

A well trained dog would be allowed in the property at an additional charge of £5 per night.

Note: Hayloft has a number of steps internally that may make it unsuitable for guests with impaired mobility.

The grounds at Frith Farm House extend to some 8 acres of formal gardens and Cherry Orchard with far reaching views over the Downs to the sea. All of the cottages enjoy space to sit and eat outside with gas BBQ's situated in various parts of the gardens for your use.

The indoor heated pool (open 365 days a year) is just perfect for those who enjoy swimming with each cottage enjoying two private swimming sessions each day - your own private luxury swimming pool overlooking the beautiful gardens.
