The comfortable pair of sofas provides the ideal home from home comfort with a flat screen HD Freeview TV with DVD player and library, a PlayStation and a CD player with MP3 and iPod function all easily to hand.
A charming fully fitted separate kitchen is situated just off the living room and is perfectly equipped for preparing dinner parties, with an electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher.
A stylish dining area which sits up to 4 is situated in the elegant living room next to the large windows which can be opened to enjoy a fine sea breeze. Guests can further enjoy an evening aperitif or delicious home cooked meal at the pretty breakfast table, which is provided outside on the sunny balcony. The idyllic balcony views span across the tranquil Meadfoot beach and also the grand sweeping Hesketh Crescent, which also features a selection of wonderful outdoor eating areas & restaurants to enjoy during your stay!

All linen and towels are included with each rental. Linen & towels are only changed weekly and apartments are only cleaned by our staff after departure.

If you need the use of either a cot or high chair, we can provide you with either a rigid full size cot, a travel cot and/or a high chair. We only ask that you supply all the baby bedding yourselves. There is no extra charge for these facilities.
