The property offers guests a fully fitted kitchen which is ideal for a self catered holiday and has a private balcony so dining alfresco is made even easier.
The living and dining area offer guests all the technological comfort of home with a satellite television, DVD player and WIFI. The property allows guests the use of the shared gym and communal gardens. There is also the option of a maid service during your stay; the addition will cost £50 for a turn down and cleaning service.
Ramsgate is a seaside town located in the district of Thanet in East Kent. The Harbour was given it Royal title in 1821 when George IV sailed from Ramsgate to Hanover and back. He was so taken with the hospitality given to him by the people of Ramsgate that he decreed Ramsgate Harbour should have the right to add 'Royal' to its name. It is the only 'Royal' harbour in the United Kingdom. There are many interesting activities constantly taking place all around this historic Harbour with many vantage points for the visitor to enjoy the pleasant surroundings. Take a gentle cruise around the bustling harbour or a walk along the East Pier, being the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the picturesque views of Ramsgate.

Making a Booking
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Additional Laundry - You will find immaculately clean sheets and fluffy towels on all beds on arrival. If you would like a fresh linen and towels mid week this service is available to you at a small cost - £35.00. Additional House Keeping - While you will find the apartments are immaculate when you arrive with crisp clean linen on every bed, if you would like our housekeeper to return during your stay while you put your holiday feet up this voucher is for you. This service includes cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, and floors - £40.00.

There is £15.00 booking fee that will be added to the total rental tariff. For guests wishing to pay by Credit Card there will be a 2% surcharge added to the booking alternatively there is no charge when paying by Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
