Blossom Cottage is located in a newly converted Kentish Barn and is finished to a very high standard. The cream Shaker style kitchen is fully fitted and includes dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave and fridge/ freezer, Neff gas hob and electric oven, toaster and kettle. No need to bring your own Champagne Flutes, coffee maker or pepper mill - it has it all!
The open plan lounge area has comfortable seating including a 4' 6" double sprung bed settee. There is an LCD flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A Bose CD/ radio completes the entertainment.
The cottage enjoys the benefit of Wi-Fi internet connection.
The upstairs mezzanine bedroom has either twin or super king sized double bed with fantastic views towards the Swale Estuary from the windows. Bed linen, tea towels and towels for use in the Cottage are all provided.
The property also has an additional double sofa bed in the living area meaning that the property can sleep up to 4 guests. (Please note that there is an additional charge of £60 per person for the 3rd and 4th guest).
The downstairs shower room is fully tiled in white and blue. Decking to the rear of the cottage has furniture for outside dining during the Summer months. There is a gas BBQ located in the holiday cottage garden for use by guests during the Summer.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request, as can baby sitting at reasonable rates. Mid-stay cleaning (available all year) or a daily Maid Service (Summer months only) can be booked in advance (prices on request).
Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge in all of the cottages, please note the signal strength may vary.
Blossom Cottage comes with one parking space.
The grounds at Frith Farm House extend to some 8 acres of formal gardens and Cherry Orchard with far reaching views over the Downs to the sea. All of the cottages enjoy space to sit and eat outside with gas BBQ's situated in various parts of the gardens for your use.
The indoor heated pool (open 365 days a year) is just perfect for those who enjoy swimming with each cottage enjoying two private swimming sessions each day - your own private luxury swimming pool overlooking the beautiful gardens.

Short Breaks and Change Over Days
Three or four night short breaks are available in all Cottages except during certain peak weeks (typically Christmas), please enquiry directly for details. Short breaks are charged at 75% of the full weekly cost for either a 3 night weekend (Friday to Monday), or a 4 night mid-week, break (Monday to Friday). Whilst we try to be flexible regarding arrival and departure days, the normal change over is Friday.
Cleaning, Linen & Towels & Welcome Pack
The prices quoted include all linens and towels for use in the Cottages, underfloor/central heating (in the Winter months only) and two private swimming sessions in the indoor heated pool per day. Electricity is metered and paid for on departure in all cottages. End of stay cleaning is included provided the cottages are left in a clean and tidy condition and the Departure instructions contained in the Cottage information folders are fully adhered to. Daily or mid-stay cleaning can be arranged on request. A mid-stay cottage clean and towel change costs £25 for Damson, £22 for Hayloft and £20 for either of Blossom or Cherry. A daily Maid Service may also be booked in advance (prices on request to meet your requirements).
It is our pleasure to provide complimentary welcome items on arrival which vary according to season, size of party and length of stay. Breakfast packs of locally grown produce can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
Parking
Blossom Cottage has 1 allocated parking space. You may exceed the number stated by prior arrangement. Additional cars will be charged at £5 per car per day.
Damage Deposit and Swimming Pool Consent
Upon arrival the owners of Frith Farm will ask guests to provide credit card details which forms part of our guest registration form and acts as the damage deposit. You will also be asked to sign a form that states you have understood the conditions of use of the swimming pool.
Additional Guests
Cherry and Blossom prices are based on 2 guests, however they are both able to sleep 2 additional guests on good quality sofa beds. An additional charge of £60 per person per week applies for the 3rd and 4th guest.
